Can I use my parol outside?
Our parols are not water proof and have electrical components that can be damaged by water. The parols do come with a plastic covering but this does not completely seal the parol. Because of this we recommend the parol to be used indoors - although many of our customers use their parol on their front porch and have no problems. You are welcome to remove the plastic if you want to keep your parol inside but please know the plastic offers extra protection.
What if my parol is damaged in shipping?
First we make sure that we pack the Parols the best we can, but in the event of accidental damage, we request you to contact us, as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery). Please keep all packaging materials so the parol can be returned safely. We will first request photos of damages and the packing materials, then provide return label at our expense. We purchase insurance through a 3rd party for all of our parols so please be patient while we assist you - we are here to help! Need not to worry we will replace your Parol or will refund you if it no longer available.

Ran into some issues. First item was defective, but seller was very quick to respond and very helpful. I had to send the item back (seller provided shipping label), then got a replacement. The replacement Parol worked perfectly, but this time the plastic wrap was torn. Seller sent me a new wrap to replace the torn one. Pretty happy with overall product and service.
