* We can not accept returns or exchanges for ANY reason if you remove the plastic from the parol. We highly recommend to keep the plastic on your parol - especially if you plan to hang outdoors.

Can I use my parol outside?
Our parols are not water proof and have electrical components that can be damaged by water. The parols do come with a plastic covering but this does not completely seal the parol. Because of this we recommend the parol to be used indoors - although many of our customers use their parol on their front porch and have no problems. You are welcome to remove the plastic if you want to keep your parol inside but please know the plastic offers extra protection.
What if my parol is damaged in shipping?
First we make sure that we pack the Parols the best we can, but in the event of accidental damage, we request you to contact us, as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery). Please keep all packaging materials so the parol can be returned safely. We will first request photos of damages and the packing materials, then provide return label at our expense. We purchase insurance through a 3rd party for all of our parols so please be patient while we assist you - we are here to help! Need not to worry we will replace your Parol or will refund you if it no longer available.

I love these, they remind me of home & we’re very festive. However, because they are hand made from the Philippines, one of the capiz shapes of the star had fallen off, needing repair.

Beautiful and bright, perfect for a condo or apartment window. Item matches the description. Shells are delicate and the shipping caused some damage, but seller appeased the situation. Will return for a larger parol next Christmas.

Lights work, and the colors are very nice when lit. However build quality isn’t quite as good as the unlit ornament style parols I’ve gotten from this store before. Some of the panels are scuffed with some of the paint removed, and one of the light holders broke off and I can’t quite fix it (not a welder). Still should look nice when up and lit in the window at my mom’s.
