*It is common for bulbs to come loose in shipping. If this happens please refer to this video to tighten the bulb. The bulbs are NOT broken! We will NOT accept returns for bulbs that just need tighten but will work with you to make sure they are able to turn back on.

* We can not accept returns or exchanges for ANY reason if you remove the plastic from the parol. We highly recommend to keep the plastic on your parol if you plan to hang outdoors. Sometimes the sharp corners of the parol can put a hole in the plastic. If this happens we can get you plastic replacement but can’t accept a return for this reason.

Can I use my parol outside?
Our parols are not water proof and have electrical components that can be damaged by water. The parols do come with a plastic covering but this does not completely seal the parol. Because of this we recommend the parol to be used indoors - although many of our customers use their parol on their front porch and have no problems. You are welcome to remove the plastic if you want to keep your parol inside but please know the plastic offers extra protection.
What if my parol is damaged in shipping?
First we make sure that we pack the Parols the best we can, but in the event of accidental damage, we request you to contact us, as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery). Please keep all packaging materials so the parol can be returned safely. We will first request photos of damages and the packing materials, then provide return label at our expense. We purchase insurance through a 3rd party for all of our parols so please be patient while we assist you - we are here to help! Need not to worry we will replace your Parol or will refund you if it no longer available.

One bulb at 5 o’clock is busted. Is it possible to get a replacement bulb?

The Parols are beautiful. The design and colors are really nice .But quality control is super disappointing. The bulb do get dislodged probably because of shipping. While I agree that the bulb issue is an easy fix, it was a tedious and laborious process since you have to take great care in removing the staples to minimize any damage on the plastic . You will have to re-use the plastic to cover it up again. While doing it, I was thinking. Why, why to I have to go through this ? Such a waste of time. My biggest complaint is the middle "Plate" which you have to remove to access the bulbs, the screws are not attached to the parol ! Seller asked me to have the screws of center piece welded. I went to a local golf cart shop, they had the "soldering" gun. I was offered $ credit for the inconvenience. Thank you
